Return Policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
PLEASE NOTE: buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number for proof of purchase.

IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED: we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
This will allow us to promptly evaluate the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
REFUNDS: We appreciate you taking the time to return your item. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to fully complete the refund transaction on their end. We aim to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible.
EXCHANGES/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: While we DO NOT accept exchanges and returns on sale items at this time, we are committed to addressing any issues you may have with your order. Please feel free to contact us at solkha.official@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you in resolving your concern. Don’t forget to include your order number!
Another way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
