Once your order is with the shipping carrier, the final arrival time is determined by the chosen shipping service and is outside of our control.

Though we always aim for prompt delivery, there may be circumstances beyond our control (like inclement weather) that can cause delays. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

CANCEL ORDER: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. However, once the order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until the item is delivered, then you can initiate the return process.
